Syllabus

• This working seminary is devoted to some topics related to human-computer voice interface, programming of applications using speech synthesis and recognition, and to conception, creating and using of phonetical data testing database.This includes:
• Problems of human-computer voice interface conception.
• Problems of language prosody and its algoritmization.
• Data acquizition.
• Programming software for the phonetical database system.
• Application programming.
• Theoretical aspects.
• and other related topics (ideas are welcomed).
