Course objectives (in Czech)
Důraz je při výuce kladen především na pochopení látky a na osvojení si principů, metod a uvažování, které se uplatňují i v ostatních disciplinách matematiky.
Elementární kombinatorika: permutace, variace, kombinace, problém rozesaní rodinky v kupé vlaku; pravděpodobnost (úniku z vězení).
Výroková logika (ostrov poctivců a padouchů).
Matematické důkazy: přímý, nepřímý, sporem, indukcí; mají všechny květiny stejnou barvu?
Analytická geometrie v rovině a prostoru: přímka, rovina a jejich různá zadání, směrové a normálové vektory, průniky, souvislosti, kuželosečky.
Syllabus
  • Aim: to emphasize a full understanding of a subject matter and to become familiar with priciples, methods and resoning which are of use in other areas of mathematics as well.
  • Scope: Elementary combinatorics and elementary probability. Proposotional logic. Mathematical proofs. Analytic geometry in plane and space (selected topics).
Assessment methods (in Czech)
3 průběžné písemné zkoušky - bez náhradních termínů. Hodnocení vychází ze součtu bodů dosažených v těchto písemných zkouškách.
