- Knowledge of operating systems fundamentals (at least comparable to PB152 Operating Systems course). User experience with Windows 2000 or later.

- Course objectives
- The course provides students with solid knowledge needed for implementing and supporting client MS Windows operation systems and for the MCP 70-270 certification training. This knowledge includes managing different aspects of the system as user & group accounts, networks, rights and permissions, security audit, printers or data storage, and troubleshooting. The lessons are realised on Windows XP Professional.
