- Main objekctives can be summarized as follows: to understand the nature of legal thinking and reasoning; to understand the nature of natural law and legal principles; to learn the methods of legal philosophy and jurisprudence

- The legal education; The legal philosophical introduction and approach; The natural law matter; The natural personality right and its state protection; the Czech example The globalization and europeisation of law, espec. of the private law The legal principles; The interpretation of law; espec. of the private law The jurisprudential tests (methods), f. i. the test of proportionality etc.
