- Course objectives
- This seminar is a part of the research project FI MU "Application of computer image analysis in optical microscopy" and, therefore, it will be concentrated on methods and problems solved within the framework of this research. Each student is supposed to read, understand and talk about a specific method from scientific literature (a paper from a scientific journal or conference proceedings - available exclusively in English). Those students who take active part in the research within the framework of their diploma thesis are expected to talk about their own results.
