Prerequisites
This course is a follow-up to the course Deutsche Sprache fur Vorgeschrittene I (VV054). The aim of the course is to further broaden the knowledge of German and to expand the vocabulary.

Course objectives
The course aims to develop all four skills, with special emphasis on vocabulary acquision and grammatical accuracy. Main objectives of the course can be summarized as follows: to expand vocabulary; to develop communication skills; to understand specialized articles; to improve presentation skills.
Syllabus
  • The topics discussed are based on materials downloaded from the Internet and those covered by German textbooks. Some topics are those suggested by students themselves.

Assessment methods
At the end of the course students take an examination which consists of a test on grammar and vocabulary and a short presentation. Regular attendance and doing assignments are an important prerequisite of successful completion of the course.
