Course objectives
At the end of the course students should: have better and deeper understanding of selected mathematical notions; have more experience in programming.

  • The course overviews notions from different areas of mathematics, the focus is on related programming problems (typically with interesting graphical output).
  • Number theory.
  • Combinatorics.
  • Geometry.
  • Linear algebra.
  • Fractals and chaos.
  • Probability and statistics.
  • Graphs and mazes.
