- Course objectives
- The aim of the course Introduction to Development in C#/.NET is to familiarize students with the C# programming language, the Visual Studio development environment and the main techniques accompanying the development of C#/.NET applications.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student should:
- know basic tasks and techniques accompanying the development process of C#/.NET applications;
- be familiar with Visual Studio environment;
- know the essential features and programming constructs of C# programming language;
- be able to write high-quality C# code. - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- Theoretical lectures with examples - in average 1 hour per week (the attendance is optional) condensed into the first half of the semester (2 hours per week), practical computer labs - 2 hours per week (the attendance is optional), 4 home assignments, project.
- Assessment methods
- The assessment consists of two parts:
1. Home assignments (36 points)
2. Final project (24 points)
At least 45 points are required for the colloquium. It is necessary to present the project in the last seminar and also at least 12 points from the project must be achieved. - Language of instruction
