- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to look at the yearly training cycle of the athlete and his critical assessment and analysis of sports-training, nutrition and regeneration factors. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is also to acquaint students with basic evaluation parameters when working with the client.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to: - Record the RTC of the athlete and implement regenerative and nutritional practices based on acquired knowledge and knowledge; - interpret the peculiarities of the training process in relation to the RTC stages; - describe and analyze the various variables RTC (training, biomedical, pedagogical, psychological, nutritional); - to obtain the basis of the bachelor thesis from the obtained data, data and using correctly chosen methods;
- Syllabus
- 1. Theoretical preparation with lectures on the biological parameters of evaluation of athlete preparation, physiological parameters (lactate dehydrogenase, TF, CK, urea, MTR), DOMS, EIMD, tools for evaluation of work with the client; 2. individual contact work with an athlete / team of athletes for a period of 1 RTC; monitoring predefined criteria according to the specifics of the sport; 3.An abridged record and thorough evidence of the data; 4.A regular check-up and discussion with a supervisor;

- - participation in meetings and lectures, - 6-week continuous cooperation with the selected institution, - submission of the prepared case report to the Practice agenda - tasks, - presentation of the case report, - preparation and implementation of the Health Day (only full-time study)
