- Course objectives
- Students will be acquainted with the issues of aging from a biological, physical, psychological and social point of view.
They will be trained in using the available diagnostic methods.
They will learn to create and lead different types of exercise programs (proprioceptive, srtength, dance, compensatory, ...) - Learning outcomes
- Students will have knowledge of aging in terms of biological, physical, psychological and social;
They will know and be able to use diagnostic methods;
They will be able to create and conduct different types of exercise programs (proprioceptive, strength, dance, compensatory, ..) - Syllabus
- Problems of aging in terms of biological, physical, psychological and social.
- Introduction to diagnostic methods (questionnaires, senior fitness test, Inbody, stabilometric platform, ..)
- Creation of intervention programs
- Didactic procedures in intervention programs .
