- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic and modified steps of step aerobics and their linked in choreographie - dance and power - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic and modified steps of step aerobics and their linked in choreographie - dance and power - Syllabus
- 1. introduction of basic steps;
- 2. simple choreographies;
- 3. development of basic locomotory skills and fitness improvement;
- 4. development of locomotory and coordination skills;
- 5. abdominal, gluteal and back muscle building up;
- 6. final stretching
