- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic bodybuilding exercisec standing, their are combined with aerobics steps and bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own bodies as well as different sports aids - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic bodybuilding exercisec standing, their are combined with aerobics steps and bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own bodies as well as different sports aids - Syllabus
- 1. Training of the basic aerobics steps
- 2. Training of the correct bodybuliding techniques in basic position
- 3. The interconnection of aerobics steps and bodybuilding exercises into simple choreogaphies
- 4. Training of the correct bodybuliding techniques on a mat
- 5. The practice of bodybuliding exercises with various sports aids
- 6. Final stretching
