Nácvik herních činností jednotivce - vedení míče P a L rukou, střelba z krátké vzdálennosti od koše/L i P rukou/, technika přihrávek na místě i v pohybu, uvolnění hráče na místě a v pohybu/s míčem, bez míče/. Nácvik obrany jednotlivce. Teoretický test z pravidel basketbalu.
