Assessment methods (in Czech)
klasifikovaný zápočet Úpoly - Teorie Základní znalosti z úpolů, jejich význam v tělesné výchově a sportu, systematika úpolů, terminologie úpolů Praxe předvést základní pády se zaražením i bez zaražení (6 technik) předvést příklady průpravných úpolů pro rozvoj jednotlivých pohybových schopností, nebo pro rozvoj specifických dovedností jednotlivých sportů (nejméně 5) – u kombinovaného studia písemnou formou (šest až osm tisíc znaků bez mezer) předvést základní techniku aikidó (irimi nage, ikkjó, šihó nage, kote gaeši), džúdó (ógoši, ósotogari, ippon seoi nage, kesa gatame, kata gatame, waki gatame), karate (čoku zuki, empi uči, mae geri, hiza geri, mawaši geri, age uke, nagaši uke)
