- Additional development of combative skills in judo and wresling. The main objective of the course is the following: - to develop skills in basic techniques in judo
- Syllabus
- Katame waza: Shime waza - okuri eri jime, kata ha jime, kata te jime Kansetsu waza - ude hishigi juji gatame, waki gatame, ude gatame, kannuki gatame Osaekomi waza - as in judo I course Nage waza: Te waza - ippon seoi nage, morote gari Ashi waza - osoto gari, ko uchi gari Koshi waza - ogoshi, harai goshi Sutemi waza - seoi maki komi, uki waza, tani otoshi
