Course objectives
Athletics: - techniques of hurdle race, improvement of speed and endurance, high jump, long jump
Syllabus
  • Running and jumping drills. Improvement of hurdless. Development running speed, endurance (fartlek methodes), jumping technique (high and long) and shot put performance.
