Creation of free reports, the development of gymnastics skills and creativity
Consistency of movement with music in the exercises without equipment
Fundamentals of Engineering exercises with hoop and ribbon
Fundamentals of classical dance technique in the application to MG
Syllabus
  • Fundamentals of technology training with his furniture (hoop, ribbon)
  • Developing fine motoric using the equipment
  • Basics techniques of classical dance
  • Making variations and combinations with the music draft
