Course objectives
The subject Human resource management is concentrated to the newest conception of personal management. This conception makes provision for strategical aspects, is orinentated to outside factors and formation of man power.
The subject Project management brings information of project structure. Students get information about czech and european financial sources and grants according to proper prepare projects.
The subject Management is concentrated to basic manager functions – Planning, Leading, Decision- making and Controlling. These activities are defined and applied to concrete situations.
