- Course objectives
- The course introduces students to psychological approaches to health and to basic paradigm of harmonic balance of personality. Via theoretically practical approches the students learn to manage coping strategies and to increase their frustration tolerance in the area of sports activities.
- Syllabus
- The course of Health psychology includes the basic paradigm of harmonic balance of personality in relation to bio-psycho-socio-spiritual component of personality. It includes both theoretical and practical pieces of knowledge from the area of motor activities and their impact on quality of life, wellness and healthy life style.
