The aim of this course is to deepen theoretical knowledge of sports training focused on all athletic disciplines including the training of youth athletes, children and women
Syllabus
  • Structure of sport perfomance in heptathlon and decathlon,training of children,women,training in high mountains.Choice of talented athlets,testing athlets.
