Course objectives

The airm is to show the special aspect in wrestling in different categories (pupils, cadets, juniors, seniors) and differences in women wrestling.

Syllabus

Theory: 1. Specialities in wrestling of pupils, cadets, juniors and seniors 2. Specialities in wrestling of women 3. Coordination skills 4. Strategy and tactics 5. Wresling rules (FILA) Practice: 1. Reversion twists - front, back 2. Twisting down - backwards, aside
