- Concepts and characteristics GG; chart general gymnastics and action; definice guidelines and objectives; methodology arrangements for the development of the movement abilitys; Gymnaestrada
- Syllabus
- Getting good movement habits. The optimal development of physical possession. Physical skills and fitness. A healthy lifestyle and value their free time. The development of creativity and aesthetic sense. Social application of acquisition experience. Motion programs leading to the fulfillment movement. Sources and bases (historical systems, ZG, RG, sports industry). GG Relation to other gymnastics industry
