Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
Describe the theoretical basis of cycling
Identify options regeneration in cycling and planning in the training plan
Reproduce and apply knowledge of the theory of sports training in cycling
To characterize the principles of health care sports training
Syllabus
  • Theory: Theory of cycling - 8hrs. Regeneration - 2hrs. Sport edukation - 8hrs. Health and cycling - 6hrs.
