- Students will improve in all the swimming skills are a prerequisite for the successful fulfillment of the requirements for granting qualifications "lifeguard"
- Syllabus
- Improving swimming breast, crawl, emblem. Persistance concept crawl swimming way. Stepping water. Swimming under water. Life-saving crawl. Help to swimmers. Step into unknown waters. Zoom, settlement campaign affected. Pulling out on the affected side.
