Course objectives
The course is focused on rehearsal and learning of basic principles and methods of the Experiential Learning. In the course, students will familiarize themselves with a problems of the group processes and possibilities of their influence, with a theory and practice of the leading group reflection and consequently also many Experiential Learning techniques by experiencing them personally. In the following part of the course, participants will conduct some of the techniques themselves in a safe environment of a seminar group before they will be able to use them in direct pedagogic reality. Under supervision of other participants and lecturers they will be given a feedback on techniques conducting and their gained knowledge will be affirmed.
