- The theoretical and practical level of the student, who applied his knowledge to practical work. Theoretical and practical knowledge of the methodology exercise applications to exercise or training unit. Basic knowledge of fitness - fitness and use the elementary school, school or in training unit. Theoretical and practical knowledge of aerobic activities.
