Course objectives
The aim is to extend the knowledge from wrestling and concentrate on quantitative research especially in biomechanics.
Syllabus
  • Theory: 1. Making a system, classification and terminology in wrestling 2. Biomechanic basis of selected techniques Practice: 1. Division of grip categories in standing position 2. Rapid movements (jerking, running around, running under, twisting) 3. Throwing over (the back, shoulders, aside)
