Course objectives
Students understand the sport advance preparation in basketball, volleyball, handball and football, are oriented in the annual training plan and training teams. It can analyze the training process in those games, control methods to evaluate the load of players, focusing on rules of the game, virtually controlled the possibility of compensation and rehabilitation exercises after training and matches. In theoretical classes dominate the elements of fitness training, athletic training, load the game.

Assessment methods
Creating essay on a chosen topic, min. range of 4 A4 pages, students choose one topic of choice taught in four sports - basketball, football, handball, volleyball. essay 1st meals and drinks to the three-phase training camp for the selected team 2nd diet and fluid intake on the concentration of the two-phase training of the selected team 3rd meals and drinks on a single-phase training camp for the selected team 4th Meals and drinks on the day of the match - for different times of the start of play - 8,00 - 10.00-12.00 - 14.00 to 16.00 - 18.00 to 20.00 for the team or player 5th Regeneration after training for the selected team 6th regeneration after the match for the selected team 7th compensatory model of training for the selected team 8th incidence of injuries in youth team - the recent situation of girls and boys units for the selected period 9th incidence of injury at the league complexes of men and women of your choice team 10th proposal for rehabilitation exercises after an injury the player of your choice 11th Preventive exercises for selected musculoskeletal portion of the selected players 12th muscular imbalance of the first players chosen League with the exercise program to eliminate these defects 13th Preparation of musculoskeletal exercise performance (60 Mins before game) the selected team 14th Preparing for musculoskeletal training unit (time 30 minutes) for the selected team
