Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with selected issues of sports training, focusing on school and leisure activities.
Syllabus
  • Lectures: 1. Sports training (content, goals, objectives, methods, forms, resources). 2. Sports performance (structure, physiological function and energy security performance). 3. Load, the loading process as the basis of growth athletic performance. 4. Principles of sports training, sports training effects. 5. Fitness training (stimulation strength abilities). 6. Fitness training (stimulation speed abilities). 7. Fitness training (endurance abilities stimulation). 8. Fitness training (stimulation coordination skills, mobility). 9. Technical, tactical, psychological preparation. 10. Stages of sports training. 11. Training cycles (periodization training sports). 12. Sports training management (planning, training records, evaluation of training). 13. Peculiarities of women training.
