- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course focuses on the practice of all kinds of strokes as well as on the introduction of the rules and tennis competitions.
- Syllabus
- The course runs on the outdoor tennis courts, Heinrichova 24 in Masarykova čtvřť for the first 3 - 4 weeks of the term. Later it takes place in the Tennis Hall, Mánesova 12c in Královo Pole. 8 students can participate in one seminar group. Beginners - the students learn the basic tennis strokes. The main goal is to learn abasic play without mistakes. Intermediate - the students train to improve the basic tennis skills, reduceimperfections. They learn to play from the basic line. Advanced - the students master all the basic tennis strokes and can play from thebasic line without mistakes. They learn to remove thier particular personalimperfections. During the registration it is vital to follow the efficiency groups.

- Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
