- Swimming is an apt form of rehabilitation for persons with limited motoric abilities. Swimming as a possible way of motoric learning and of keeping fit. Swimming in a group as an opportunity to meet, make social contacts and communicate. Swimming without any equipment as a unique freedom of independent movement.
- Syllabus
- 1. Practice of basic swimming skills - the postion on the back / on the stomach, floating, breathing into the water with one's mouth and face under the surface. 2. Practice of swimming styles (dolphin, backstroke, breaststroke and frint crawl) with the help of technical practice. 3. Practice of secondary swiming skills - starts, flip turns, continuous swimming and speed swimming

- Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
