The appropriate wealth state for six-hours hiking trips.The trips are not physically demanding. The course is geared for obligatory PE only.

Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilisation diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle. The course is offered for those who are concerned with hiking. Four different one-day hiking trips are held on several selected weekend days (Saturdays or Sundays) from October to November and students must participate in all of them. Seminar groups p947/1 and p947/5 have 3 trips (Friday-Sunday) in Jeseníky mounitns (accomocation is free) and 1 trip somewhere near Brno.
