- Course objectives
- The Aim of this Subjects is analyse and describe of human movement.
- Syllabus
- Indroduce to Kinesiology.
- Neuromuskular system (muscle contraction, control of movement).
- Analyse of movements of joints (flexe, extense, abduction, adduction, rotacion), Function of muscles.
- Analyse of spine, pelvis and scapula movements.
- Analyse of upper limbs movements.
- Analyse of movements of lower limbs.
- Application of Kinesiology: posture, standing, sitting.
- Application of Kinesiology: strengthening (sit-up, push-up, pull-up).
- Application of Kinesiology of locomotion movements: walking, running, jumping.
- Application of Kinesiology of cyclic movements: cycling, swimming.
- Application of Kinesiology: pushing, pulling.
- Application of Kinesiology: throwing, kicking.
- Application of Kinesiology: gymnastics.
