Systems of gymnastics and dance; estetics-koordinations sports; gymnastics and dance education at school.
Syllabus
  • Gymnastics species - rhythmic gymnastics, basic gymnastics, general gymnastics. Gymnastics Olympic sports - sport.gymnstics, rhytmic gymnastics, trampolines. Gymnastics sports - sport.aerobic, sport.rockenroll, fitness. Historical aspects of gymnastics and dance and the current developments in physical education and sports.
