- At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand and explain development of physical abilities; - work with information about the process of adaptation for sport performance... ; - create the training lesson. ; - make reasoned decisions about main aims and task of training ; - make deductions based on acquired knowledge about training of XC skiers; - interpret the development of the main motor abilities for XC skiing
