- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- At the end of this course students should be able to perform kinesiological analysis of movement, diagnostic and to design suitable corrective exercises
- Syllabus
- Body posture with respect of the ontogenesis kinesiology (diagnostic and corrective exercises)
- Core (deep stabilization) system: diagnostic and corrective exercises
- Hyper mobility: type of hyper mobility, diagnostic, suitable exercises
- Motor stereotypes: diagnostic, corrective exercises
- Corrective exercises for people with sedentary life style
- On the basis of the kinesiology analyze create exercise program oriented to the correction of onside load into the sport (volleyball, football, tennis...)
