- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
Aerobics Mix is a keep-fit exercise focused on the cardiovascular system, on the improvement of endurance and efficiency. It developes basic locomotory skills and improves aerobic bloodstream and lung capacity via basic and modified aerobics steps linked in simple choreographies.Floorwork, body building of abdominal, gluteal,back muscles and final stretching is put at the end of each lesson.
In the course, other forms of aerobics are used, such as step aerobics, body-styling (toning aerobics) and circuit workout. - Syllabus

- 1. basic steps introduction
