- Course objectives
- To be familier with basic knowledge about the phenomenon "the other" including of life-style of typical minorities within wide spectrum of population (with disability, social advantaged, gifted, multicultursal). Kife-style principles and habits are underlined in relation with nutrition, leisure time physical activities as well as competitive sports (dyadic mutual influence for personality development). The main aim is to obtain the professional competencies in the domain of "kinanthropology" (consulting, advising, fitness and healthy life style coaches), including diagnostics, evaluation, project planning and realization with feedback.
- Syllabus
- • Basic terminology of the domain - normality - phenomenon "the other". • Legislattion: rights - responsibilities (development, current situation: CZ - foreign countries - reality in practice). • Contact theory, attitudes, principle of programs composing. • Exclusion - inclusion: disability - giftedness. • "the other individual" within family, school and leisure time environment (including physical activities and sports). • Interaction: individual - group - institution (background).. • Mutual communication (in environment of PA and sport, training in communication). • Benefits and patology linked with PA and sports environment.
