- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to inform students about the main principles of professional work with clients. Questions of effective communication, feedback, establishing and maintaining a relationship with the client, assuming responsibility for the client, professionalism and working ethics will be discussed. Students will be given the opportunity to verify practically their ability to establish contact, provide social support, question and develop these skills in peer exercises.
