- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject are following:
- familiarization with methodological and didactic procedures during warming up
- familiarization with the possibilities of integrating people with different type of health restrictions into exercise/training unit (children on the wheelchair, children with visual impairment, children with attention-deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), .....)
- application of joint-mobilisation exercises
- interconnection of theoretical and practical knowledge from the area of stretching and strengthening and their use in individual parts of the training/exercise unit.
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- know the number of stretch and strengthen exercises for different muscles of the body
- know the correct execution of these exercises
- create the warm up
- know the correct terminology of physical exercises - Syllabus
- Warm ups (main principles and individual parts of warm up)
- Joint-mobilisation exercises
- Stretching (different kinds of stretching and its use in practise)
- Strenghten exercises:
- - abdomine muscles
- - back muscles
- - arms and trunk muscles
- - gluteus and legs
- - complexe strenghtening exercises
