- Course objectives
- The course is suitable for all women and men who knock on the beat when playing nice music. It is especially useful for anyone who would like to improve in dance improvisation ;-). If you want to dance well with other enthusiastic dancers, you are right here as well. And last but not least, it is for those who will take dance themes as an impulse to something new not only in dancing. The course is not intended for professional dancers and for solid supporters of specific dance styles - we will dance "for everything". Each lesson will be different - we'll focus on what we do best to dance the way we feel or how we feel. At first, it is the notion that we have to dance in a certain way, the belief "I do not know it", the fear of others, the shyness, but also the need to show off or impress.
- Syllabus
- Attention will be directed to our feelings, feelings, qualities and learned patterns of behavior. We will try to deepen and realize the close connection between our body, its movements and our experience. In the lessons, you will have plenty of space to find just your dance speech, which is closest to you. Nevertheless, individual lessons will be conducted on specific topics that we will work with - individually and in a group (contactlessly).
