- After the course students will be familiar with theory and practises of harmonization exercises.
Participants should be ready to:
- see the difference between exercise based on traditional system and modern application using just some special components of it
- understand and be able to exploit principles of developing of human beeing according to yoga
- be aware of the fundamental relationship of developement of human body, breath, emotions and mind - Syllabus
- Types of harmonization exercises.
- - Relaxation techniques (autogenic relaxation,progressive muscle relaxation,visualization).
- - Meditation (meditation and emotional well-being, types of meditation).
- - Principles of yoga.
- - Basic asanas of hathayoga.
- - Breathing exercises and pranayama.
