Demonstration of methodical outcomes in cross-country skiing and alpine skiing
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this course the student should be able to:
- demonstrate knowledge of the methodology of downhill and cross-country skiing
- assess the relevance of the training exercises for a particular individual
- analyze errors in technique downhill and cross-country skiing
- organize team during training
