- Timetable of Seminar Groups:
- Prerequisites
- In the subject a knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is supposed, first of all a knowledge of exercise physiology.
- Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is only offered to the students of the study fields the course is directly associated with.
- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- Applied Kinesiology (Eng.) (programme FSpS, N-TV)
- Applied Kinesiology (programme FSpS, N-TV) (2)
- Course objectives
- The subject is focused on aeducation in field of human physiological stress tests.
Aims fo the subject - to acquire knowledge and ability at next fields:
1. Choice and methodology of tests for the diagnostics of physiological reaction and adaptation to physical loading, and diagnostics of ability to physical performance.
2. Analysis and interpretation of the test results, and its using in planning of physical activity, sport training etc.
Absolvent of the subject should be able to choose and apply a specific test for certain person. - Learning outcomes
- The students will be can
choose valid tests for diagnostics of reaction to the physical load and
analyze and interpret results of the tests and
use the results for exercise leading of poeople with health handicap. - Syllabus
- Aims of the testing, choice of a correct test.
- Methods of a physical loading in a laboratory and field, at a specific conditions.
- Monitoring of the specific subjective and objective parameters of human reaction and adaptation to physical load.
- Safety of the testing
- Evaluation and interpretation of test results.
- Recommendation of a physical aktivity, including of sport training, after the test results.
- Test methodology of anaerobic and aerobic capability.
- Assessment methodology of exercise energy output during specific physical aktivity or time period.
- Methodology of autonomic neural regulations testing for evaluation of fatigue after sport training, as a part of overtraining diagnostics.
- Assessment of measuring of rest energy output.
- Assignment of seminar works to students.
