- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand and explain the content of outdoor activities; - work with information from sphere of outdoor activities ; - create own lesson of various activity in the nature ; - interpret the knowledge from outdoor lesson ;

- Syllabus
- Thematic blocks: - basics of orientation in terrain and unfamiliar environment - orientation in easy conditions with orienteering maps - orientation competition in a larger area - low rope traverses - basics of canoeing - improvement of canoe control technique - basics of bouldering - bouldering - marked routes movement - nordic walking

- - exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
