- Students will be acquainted with the division of motion games and the possibilities of their use in practice.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to write and practice in writing and to use individual movement games especially in the busy part of the teaching - training unit to warm up the body but also in the main part of the teaching and training unit to develop individual physical abilities.
