Course objectives
Fundamental schedule of this subject is to give to students relevat information relating to mutual relations of functioning contemporary sedentary informative and post industrial society and active way of life.
Learning outcomes
Gain basic information on mutual relations of society and sport in the context of the imperative of active way if life.

  • 1. Traditional,modern and postmodern society 2. Contemporary sedentary society in our cultural setting 3. Life style vs. way of life. 4. Active way of life 5. Glovbalization as an important factor of value pointing of our world. 6. Sport as most popular form of mass culture. 7. Sportive/physical aktivity as spefic reflection of life style and personal image 8. Ecological and economical aspects of sport 9. Physical aktivity in the perspective of empirical dates. 10. Physical activities in perspective of sociology.
