- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is: to educate students so that they are able to apply knowledge and skills of general, developmental and social psychology into physical activity and sports environment.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to navigate the basic concepts of sport psychology, you know the basic methods of psychological assessment of personality, communication and elements of mental hygiene. Further students should be able to: use basic psychodiagnostic tools for basic diagnostics of sportsmen, PE teachers and trainers analyse psychological problems in sports performance distinguish particular stages of motor learning (needs) from the point of view of sports psychology use regulatory measures for regulation of pre-start state and psychological failure use principles of mental hygiene of sportsmen in order to maintain the balance of his/her personality

- The system of sport psychology, its historical development, current status and typology Osoobnost athlete and referee, the ability to diagnose the fundamental character traits of players and group dynamics Předstartovní, the starting conditions and the competitive player and referee Regulatory means in sports Using elements of mental health care in the quality of life of the arbitration Assertiveness and communication skills in the work of the arbitral Psychotrénink in sport and in life Psychoregulace personality referee
