Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to understand the principles of movement and stay in unknown terrain and to apply them in practice.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the principles of movement and residence in an unknown terrain. Interpret the findings from the handling of emergency situations within the residence and movement in nature. Demonstrate the basic principles of first aid in an unfamiliar terrain, security-intensive forms of medical tourism, avalanche danger. On the basis of acquired knowledge to derive ways and means of survival in unfamiliar terrain.
