- Course objectives
- The subject deals with the positive and negative influence of physical activity on the body systems of the sporting population in various ages and stages of performance
- Learning outcomes
- The student will acquire knowledge of the field of movements prescription in the course of ontogenesis, sedentary lifestyle and above all sport. He / she will have theoretical knowledge of performance sport athletes with various weaknesses. It will also know the possibilities of such athletes to engage in the training process, including addressing the issue of the use of prohibited substances for therapeutic purposes.
